Motorists traveling northbound on Interstate 95 in New Castle County will need to adjust their nighttime travel plans in the coming days.
The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) has announced that overnight multi-lane closures will be in effect on northbound I-95 for paving operations. The closures are scheduled to take place Sunday through Thursday nights.
In addition to the lane closures, the northbound I-95 off-ramp to State Route 896 will also be shut down overnight during that same Sunday-through-Thursday window.
Drivers are encouraged to allow extra time or seek alternate routes during the overnight hours when the work is underway.
