A Millsboro woman is facing multiple felony charges following a disturbing animal cruelty investigation that led to the removal of more than 30 animals from her home.
Delaware Animal Services (DAS), which operates under the Delaware Division of Public Health’s Office of Animal Welfare, announced the arrest this week after agents seized 26 live animals and seven dead animals from the woman’s residence last week.
Jessica Donovan, 36, has been charged with seven felony counts in connection with the case.
