an EF-0 tornado with maximum estimated winds of 80-85 mph occurred
NE of Hurlock, MD on July 18, 2026. Based upon video footage a
tornado formed along Williamsburg Road near Koski Enterprises and
moved northeast through a series of warehouses, paralleling
Williamsburg Road. It caused several garage doors to bow out
toward Williamsburg road in the initial warehouse and snapped a
few lower limbs off a series of pine trees within the trucking
complex. All of the limbs that snapped off were dead, and at the
bottom of the trees. The more flexible limbs that we alive showed
no signs of damage. The Tornado then turned more to the north and
damaged the last of the warehouses on the property, pushing in
several garage doors and peeling the metal roof off a portion of
the warehouse. After passing the warehouse, the tornado dissipated
with a stream of insulation being left about 100 yds beyond the
warehouse, but before encountering houses beyond the trucking
complex.&&
