NEWARK, Del. — The University of Delaware ice hockey team is heading into its second season with a proven leadership group already in place for 2026-27.
Graduate student Tiana McIntyre will once again wear the captain’s “C” for the Fightin’ Blue Hens. McIntyre previously shared the captaincy with Kaitlin Finnegan during the team’s first season.
Joining her in a leadership role are seniors Danica Mark and Mattie Robitzer, both of whom will serve as alternate captains — a role each of them held during the prior season as well.
The returning trio provides the program with experienced, familiar voices in the locker room as the Blue Hens build on their inaugural campaign.
