The Tate brothers are now in U.S. custody following their arrest in Miami, the U.S. Marshals Service confirmed to the Associated Press.
The two were taken into custody under a sealed warrant, according to the Marshals Service. Authorities have not publicly disclosed the full details surrounding the warrant at this time.
British prosecutors have stated they are pursuing the extradition of both brothers to face serious criminal charges, including rape and human trafficking allegations.
