Delaware State Police have released the name of the young person killed in a deadly two-vehicle crash that took place Saturday night in Newark. The victim has been identified as 17-year-old Bryan Flores, a resident of Bear, Delaware.
The Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is leading the ongoing investigation into the crash.
