THE HAGUE — Member states of the International Criminal Court voted Friday to remove prosecutor Karim Khan from his position, following allegations of sexual misconduct, according to two diplomatic sources who spoke with Reuters.
The sources, who requested anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the matter, indicated that 82 out of the court’s 125 member states cast votes in favor of removing Khan from office. Khan has denied all allegations made against him.
