The Dover Police Department has arrested Jose Dominguez-Morales,43, of Dover, following several Burglary investigations. On September 10th, 2025 the Dover Police Department investigated the burglary of Dunkin Donuts on North DuPont Highway. (Click Here For Details) Dominguez-Morales was identified as the person responsible for this burglary. The ensuing investigation revealed Dominguez-Morales was also responsible for the following burglaries.

Burglary at El Cabrito
He was also found to be responsible for an attempted burglary at Ace Hardware on Independance Boulevard.
On September 10th, 2025, a Patrol Officer took Dominguez-Morales into custody without incident. He was transported to the Dover Police Department where he was processed and arraigned.
Dominguez-Morales was committed to SCI on $32,000 Secured Bail on the following charges:
-Wearing A Disguise During the Commission of a Felony(x2)
-Burglary Third Degree(x4)
-Possession of Burglar’s Tools(x3)
-Theft Under $1,500(x2)
-Theft $1,500 or Greater
-Criminal Mischief Under $1,000(x4)
He is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
