Drivers making their way southbound on Corbitt Road, also known as Delaware Route 7, in the Bear area should be aware of an active road work zone near the Wrangle Hill Road intersection.
According to Delaware Department of Transportation, the right shoulder of the southbound lanes is currently closed in that stretch to accommodate ongoing road work.
Travelers in the area are encouraged to slow down and remain alert as crews work in the vicinity. No timeline for the reopening of the shoulder has been provided at this time.
