New Castle County Division of Police detectives have charged a Philadelphia man in connection with a series of vehicle thefts and attempted thefts that targeted the Newark area beginning in November 2025.
Officers launched the investigation after reports of multiple incidents in the area, including the attempted theft of a Dodge Charger SRT and the successful theft of a Honda Accord.
As the investigation continued, two Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack vehicles were also connected to the case.
