South Korean internet company Naver announced Monday that Nvidia plans to invest $1 billion by acquiring newly issued shares of the company.
According to a regulatory filing submitted by Naver, the share purchase is being made as part of a broader investment partnership between the two companies, with the goal of building a new data center.
