A spa operator has been taken into custody after New Castle County detectives spent months investigating suspected human trafficking and other illegal activity at a local massage business, authorities announced.
Investigators with the New Castle County Division of Police Drug and Human Trafficking Investigations Team opened the case in May 2026, focusing on Crystal Spa, located in the 1700 block of Foulk Road in Wilmington.
On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, detectives carried out a search warrant at the location as part of the ongoing investigation.
While one operator has been arrested, police say the owner of the business has not yet been found and remains sought by authorities.
