Motorists traveling northbound on Interstate 95 should expect delays this morning due to construction activity that has shut down two right lanes.
The lane restrictions are in place from the Newark toll plaza through the Route 72 overpass area, according to traffic officials.
The construction work and associated lane closures are expected to wrap up by 7 a.m., when normal traffic flow should resume.
Drivers are advised to allow extra travel time and use caution when passing through the work zone.
