Delaware small business owners now have a dedicated resource to help them navigate the often complex world of state government, thanks to a newly launched office from the Delaware Division of Small Business.
The agency announced the creation of the Office of Small Business Access, known as OSBA, which is designed to serve as a single point of contact for entrepreneurs looking to start, grow, or strengthen their businesses in the state.
Through the new office, business owners can report difficulties they encounter with regulations, licensing, and permitting — issues that can often slow down or complicate running a small business. Owners can also request direct assistance through the office’s online portal at business.delaware.gov/osba.
The Division of Small Business also announced it will be hosting listening tours during July and August, giving entrepreneurs across the state an opportunity to share their experiences and concerns directly with officials.
