Swiss Skincare Company Galderma Raises Annual Forecast After Strong First-Half Sales

Swiss skincare company Galderma announced Thursday that its sales climbed 24.6% in the first six months of the year, leading the firm to raise its expectations for annual growth.

The company reported first-half revenue of $3.13 billion and updated its full-year net sales growth forecast to a range of 19-21%, up from its earlier projection of 17-20%.

Galderma, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, said the strong results were driven by double-digit growth in both the United States and international markets, with gains seen across every product category. The company attributed the performance primarily to higher sales volume, supported by a favorable product mix.

Looking ahead, Galderma said its updated annual guidance accounts for what it described as manageable exposure to U.S. tariffs that have already been announced. The company also said it is prepared to handle any potential pullback in consumer spending during the second half of the year, given the current unpredictable political and economic climate.
