Authorities have released the identity of the victim killed in Tuesday’s deadly head-on collision in Hockessin as 65-year-old Frank Keys from Landenberg, Pennsylvania.
Delaware State Police say their Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit is still working to determine what caused the two-vehicle crash. Investigators are seeking anyone who saw the accident or has information that could help with their investigation to reach out to Corporal D. McKenna at (302) 365-8486.
