Good morning, Delmarva! We’re starting off this beautiful Friday with fantastic weather across the peninsula. Expect plenty of sunshine today with temperatures climbing to a comfortable 66 degrees. Light west winds around 5 mph will keep things pleasant, making it a perfect day to get outside and enjoy some fresh air.
However, changes are coming as we head into the weekend. Tonight, we’ll see our first chance of rain showers moving in, with temperatures dropping to around 48 degrees. Pack an umbrella if you’re heading out for Friday night activities!
Saturday brings continued shower chances throughout the day, so weekend outdoor plans might need to be flexible. Highs will be cooler at around 60 degrees, and those scattered showers will likely persist into Saturday night as temperatures dip to 43 degrees.
