The shooting involved a man identified as Kadir Skinner and took place near the area of 24th and Carter Streets in Wilmington.
Video recordings from three separate officers have been released as part of this disclosure. The footage begins shortly after the start of the incident.
The release was coordinated among all three agencies as part of the review process for officer-involved shootings in the city.
