The National Weather Service out of Mount Holly, New Jersey issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning on Sunday, July 27, beginning at 3:31 PM EDT and lasting until 4:15 PM EDT.
Anyone in the path of this storm should move indoors immediately, stay away from windows, and avoid any outdoor activity until the warning has expired. Severe thunderstorms can bring damaging winds, large hail, and dangerous lightning.
Residents are encouraged to monitor local weather updates and have a plan in place in the event conditions worsen. Do not wait until the storm arrives to seek shelter.
