
Delaware State Police have released the name of the man killed in a deadly hit-and-run crash in Seaford last Friday. Investigators identified the victim as 73-year-old Michael Barrett, a Seaford, Delaware resident.
The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is actively working to piece together what happened. At this point, investigators believe the vehicle involved in the crash may have sustained damage to its passenger side, potentially in the area of the turn signal housing.
