LIMA — Just one day before her administration is set to take office, Peru’s President-elect Keiko Fujimori revealed three of her most critical cabinet selections on Monday.
Fujimori tapped Elmer Cuba to lead the country’s Economy Ministry, while Carlos Espa was chosen to serve as Foreign Minister. Luis Galarreta received a dual appointment, set to serve as both Prime Minister and Chief of Staff in the incoming government.
The new administration is scheduled to be officially sworn into power on Tuesday.
