A 53-year-old Claymont woman surrendered to authorities Monday as part of an ongoing investigation into alleged human trafficking and illegal activity at a local spa.
Meilan Quan, identified as the owner of Crystal Spa in the 1700 block of Foulk Road, walked into New Castle County Police Headquarters on July 27, 2026, to turn herself in. Investigators had been seeking Quan in connection with suspected human trafficking and other illicit conduct taking place at the business.
The investigation into the spa remains active, according to authorities.
