Dairy farmers across the United States saw a notable increase in milk output last month, with production rising 2.4 percent compared to June of last year.
According to the latest figures, the 24 major milk-producing states combined for a total of 18.9 billion pounds of milk during June.
The report also noted figures from May, though full details from that month were limited in the release.
