Supreme Court Justices Elena Kagan and Amy Coney Barrett made their way to Capitol Hill on Tuesday to take part in a routine budget hearing with members of Congress.
The two justices addressed the topic of security funding during the scheduled meeting, which is a standard part of the court’s annual budget process with lawmakers.
