SpaceX’s massive Starship rocket came to within seconds of launching Thursday before an automated system triggered an abort, halting what would have been the vehicle’s 13th test flight from its Texas facility.
The last-second scrub grounded the mission for a minimum of 24 hours as the company works to determine what set off the automatic shutdown sequence before any liftoff occurred.
