The Dover Police Department has arrested Cameron Vincent, 30, of Dover, following a stolen vehicle complaint early Thursday morning. The investigation began when Dover Police Department received a call that a vehicle stolen from Pennsylvania was currently located at 820 Carvel Drive Dover, DE. Officers responded to the area, located the vehicle, and confirmed it was stolen. While canvasing the area, officers located Vincent and a search revealed he was in possession of the keys for the stolen vehicle. He was taken into custody without incident and a computer check revealed he had a warrant from the State of California for a parole violation. Vincent was transported to Dover Police where he was processed and arraigned.
Vincent was committed to SCI without bail on the following charges and is awaiting extradition to California:

-Out of State Fugitive
