Delaware State Police Troop 2 has issued a Gold Alert for 50-year-old Kerney Howell of Mobile, Alabama. On March 29, 2024, at approximately 12 p.m., Kerney dropped his work truck off on the 1500 block of Matassino Road in New Castle. From there, he was supposed to visit his family but never showed up. He has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.
He is described as a black male, approximately 6’1” tall, weighing approximately 210 pounds, with brown eyes, a bald head, and a beard. His clothing description is unknown at this time.
