Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Roxanne Dorrell, 19, of Smyrna, DE. Dorrell was last seen in the area of Bayhealth Kent Campus on Sunday, June 16th, at 3:54 p.m.. Attempts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for her safety and well-being. Dorrell is described as a black female, 5’5″, 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time, she was wearing a waffle house t-shirt.
