Delaware State Police Troop 5 has issued a Gold Alert for 42-year-old Deborah Luther <\/strong>and her daughter, 3-year-old <\/span>River Timmons <\/strong>of Delmar, Delaware. They were last seen at their residence on July 28, 2024, at approximately 7:00 p.m. going to Delmar Food Lion. Attempts to contact or locate them have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for their safety and well-being.<\/p>\n

Deborah is described as a white female, approximately 5\u20194\u201d tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing gray shorts, a black tank top, and flip-flops. Deborah is driving a gray 2009 Pontiac G6, Delaware registration 144535.<\/p>\n

River is described as a white female, approximately 2\u201910\u201d, light brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing jean shorts with lace trim on the bottom, a pink tank top, and jelly shoes.<\/p>\n
