During the search of the residence, probation officers located the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stolen 9mm handgun<\/li>\n<li>Assorted handgun ammunition<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 43.31 grams of cocaine<\/li>\n<li>Approximately 0.455 grams of heroin<\/li>\n<li>45 Gabapentin pills<\/li>\n<li>18 Tramadol pills<\/li>\n<li>Digital scales and drug paraphernalia<\/li>\n<li>$814.00<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Munoz-Barreto was taken to Troop 4, where he was charged with the crimes listed below, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3, and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $120,500 cash bond.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (Felony)<\/li>\n<li>Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tier 3 (Felony)<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a Firearm or Ammunition by a Person Prohibited (Felony) \u2013 4 counts<\/li>\n<li>Receiving a Stolen Firearm (Felony)<\/li>\n<li>Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Felony)<\/li>\n<li>Possession with Intent to Deliver a Counterfeit Controlled Substance (Felony)<\/li>\n<li>Possession of a Prescription Drug without a Prescription (Felony)<\/li>\n<li>Possession of Drug Paraphernalia \u2013 2 counts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The post <a href=\"https:\/\/dsp.delaware.gov\/2024\/06\/14\/governors-task-force-arrests-blades-man-following-probation-parole-search\/\">Governor\u2019s Task Force Arrests Blades Man Following Probation &amp; Parole Search<\/a> appeared first on <a href=\"https:\/\/dsp.delaware.gov\">Delaware State Police &#8211; State of Delaware<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Delaware State Police have arrested 46-year-old Carlo Munoz-Barreto of Blades, Delaware on several gun and drug charges following an investigation that began yesterday morning.
