A traffic stop in Wilmington on Saturday afternoon led to the discovery of a stolen firearm and resulted in an arrest, according to authorities.<\/p>

At around 5:00 p.m. on June 13, 2026, officers were patrolling the Silverside Road area when one of them spotted a Dodge Durango commit a traffic violation at the intersection of Silverside Road and Carr Road.<\/p>

Officers pulled the vehicle over and made contact with those inside. The stop ultimately uncovered a stolen firearm, leading to an arrest.<\/p>
