Delaware State Police have identified 49-year-old Mark Gainer <\/strong>of Newark, Delaware, as the man who died in a\u00a0fatal pedestrian hit-and-run crash<\/a> in Newark on April 13, 2024.<\/p>\n

Delaware State Police Troop 2 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this incident. Troopers ask anyone who witnessed this crash to contact Senior Corporal M. Calio at (302) 365-8483.
