MOSCOW, May 16 – Moscow’s military announced Saturday that its forces have seized two settlements in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, according to reports from the RIA state news agency.<\/p>

The Defence Ministry claims Russian troops now control the villages of Borova and Kutkivka in the contested region.<\/p>
