Delaware authorities have taken a Townsend woman into custody on felony drug charges and additional violations after investigating unauthorized marijuana distribution.<\/p>

Mary Fischer-Solimeo of Townsend was arrested by the Delaware Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement following their probe into illegal cannabis operations.<\/p>

Officers from DATE’s Marijuana Enforcement Unit carried out a search warrant on May 13 at Blackbird Creek Farm located on Union Church Road in Townsend. Investigators had established that the facility operated without proper licensing from the Office of the Marijuana Commissioner and was reportedly conducting marijuana cultivation and sales activities.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
