Delaware environmental regulators have launched a comprehensive review of water and sewer systems serving mobile home parks across the state, focusing on infrastructure problems that have burdened residents who bear no responsibility for the issues.<\/p>

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control has initiated the evaluation to examine both wastewater treatment and drinking water systems within manufactured housing communities statewide. Officials say the effort will help address ongoing water-related problems affecting these residential areas.<\/p>

According to state officials, numerous mobile home parks are situated in underserved areas where utility systems are suspected of being obsolete, inadequately maintained, or in declining condition.
