MOSCOW – Russia’s top diplomatic official made accusations Tuesday that American efforts to topple governments in Iran and Venezuela are driven by desires to secure greater access to oil and natural gas reserves.<\/p>

Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov claimed that both the United States and Israel oppose efforts to normalize relations between Iran and neighboring countries.
