Meanwhile, investors withdrew $4.5 billion from gold holdings.<\/p><p>Gold investment vehicles experienced their most significant weekly exodus since October, while energy sector funds continued their remarkable streak with a 17th consecutive week of capital inflows, adding another $1.1 billion as oil and natural gas prices climbed higher.<\/p><p>American stock funds attracted $47.1 billion, marking the largest single-week influx since December.
