Delaware State Police have identified 71-year-old Peter Surdo from Kennett Square, Pennsylvania as the man who died in the fatal four-vehicle crash on Friday in Milford.
The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone who witnessed the crash or has relevant information is asked to contact Sergeant A. Mitchell at (302) 703-3269. Information may also be provided by sending a private Facebook message to the Delaware State Police or contacting Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333.
