Delaware State Police Troop 9 is issuing a Gold Alert for 25-year-old Kolby Lagarelli of Smyrna, Delaware. He left a residence in Clayton at approximately 9:00 p.m. on February 03, 2024, in a black Chevrolet Tahoe bearing Delaware registration PC311190. There is a concern for his safety and well-being.
Kolby is a white male, approximately 5’09” tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing green hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and work boots.
