GOVERNOR MOORE URGES URGENT ACTION AT COUNTY LEADERS SUMMIT

Ocean City, Maryland — Governor Wes Moore spoke at the 2025 Maryland Association of Counties summer conference in Ocean City, calling for faster, more decisive action across the state. He highlighted economic growth, affordable housing, health care, education, energy costs, and public safety as immediate priorities. Moore said national policies, including federal program cuts and layoffs, are affecting Maryland residents across party lines.
