Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Margaret Omwenga, 50, of Virginia. Omwenga was last seen in the area of the Comfort Inn and Suites located at 1654 North DuPont Highway at 12:00 a.m. Sunday. At the time, she was wearing a green dress and Nautica sneakers operating a silver Lexus vehicle with Virginia Registration UYX130. Attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her safety. Omwenga is described as a black female, 5’3″ with dark hair and brown eyes.
