Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jovan Koger, 41, of Dover. Koger was last seen at approximately 8:30 p.m in the 1300 Block of Farmview Drive, and there is a concern for her safety. Attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful. Koger is described as a black female, 5’07”, 160 pounds. At the time, she was wearing a gray Nike Hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers. She is possibly operating a White Honda Pilot Oklahoma Registration KKB554.
