Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Latoya Clark, 38, of Dover. Clark was last seen in the area of Bayhealth Kent Campus around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 11th. At the time, she was wearing blue scrubs. Attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her safety. Clark is described as a black female, 5’03”, 160 pounds. She is possibly operating a black Kia Telluride with Delaware Registration PC527629.
