Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Allan Willoughby Jr, 17, of Dover. Willoughby Jr. was last seen in the unit block of Fieldstone Court and there is a concern for his safety. Attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful. Willoughby Jr. is described as a black male, 5’07”, 120 pounds. At the time, he was wearing a black sweatshirt and sweatpants.
