Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jayden Saintphard, 16, of Dover. Saintphard was last seen at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the 1700 Block of North DuPont Highway and there is a concern for his safety. Attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful. Sainphard is described as a black male, 5’10”, 170 pounds. It is unknown what he was wearing at the time.
