Detectives Investigating Shots Fired at a Harrington Residence

The Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Farmington Road in Harrington on Friday night.

On April 5, 2024, at approximately 9:43 p.m., troopers responded to a residence on Farmington Road in Harrington for a report of shots fired. The preliminary investigation revealed the home and an unoccupied sedan in the driveway were struck by gunfire. There was one adult in the home at the time of the shooting, and he was not injured. Troopers recovered numerous shell casings at the scene.

Suspect or suspect vehicle descriptions are unknown at this time. Surveillance video and images are not yet available.

Troop 3 Criminal Investigations Unit continues to investigate this incident. Detectives are asking anyone who witnessed or has information regarding this case to contact Detective J.
