Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Edwin Vaquin-Marroquin, 34, of Dover, DE. Vaquin-Marroquin suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Vaquin-Marroquin is described as a white hispanic male, 5’7″, 120 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Vaquin-Marroquin was last seen in the 300 block of Post Blvd Dover, DE. At the time, he was wearing a black sweater with white and red, beige pants, unknown shoes. He was operating a 1991 white Jeep Wrangler DE Registration PC27784.
