Delaware State Police Troop 1 is issuing a Gold Alert for 27-year-old Thomas Lowe of Claymont, Delaware. He was last seen on Philadelphia Pike on January 17, 2024. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.
He is a white male, approximately 6’0” and weighing approximately 180 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. He is possibly wearing unknown color sports attire.
