Delaware State Police Troop 7 is issuing a Gold Alert for 66-year-old Frank Michaels of Millsboro, Delaware. He was last seen at his residence on January 17, 2024. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being.
He is a white male, approximately 6’1” and weighing approximately 200 lbs., with blue eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a beige or gray “jogging suit”. He is possibly driving a black Chevrolet Avalanche with Delaware registration PC295482.
